Vice President of Canada for SAI Sports Management. Since joining SAI, Leisa has quickly made an impact on the firm by enhancing recruiting opportunities, providing guidance, and business services to the roster of current NBA, G League, and International clients.  With the wealth of experience and expertise that exist at SAI, Leisa has gained tremendous knowledge and insight of the industry.

 

Leisa is a business woman, a lover of sports and community leader who is committed to negotiating, advocating and leading her clients’ career. She is sound in orchestrating endorsement and marketing deals, along with building her clients legacy, foundation and dreams on/off the court.

 

Leisa holds the unprecedented distinction as the first female WNBA and NBA certified player agent in Canada for the last 6 years. This accomplishment is a monumental notch in the ‘legacy-in-progress’ of a woman who understands the importance of building and nurturing relationships, as well as fostering opportunities and growth for those who need it.

 

In 2012, she launched her own charity, CAMDA Sports Foundation Canada, which provides financial assistance to vulnerable youth, encouraging participation in sports, education, arts and music (S.E.A.M.) opportunities.

 

Leisa was honored by NABFEME (National Association of Black Female Executives in Media & Entertainment). In 2013 The Toronto chapter honored her accomplishment as Canada’s first female WNBA Agent. Leisa has been active in her Durham community, and was named the 2016 Woman of the Year for Durham Region.

 

In addition, Leisa has invested in her first restaurant called Sugar Kane in Toronto Canada.  Leisa and her children Dakota Whyte and Cameron Ramage reside in Ajax, Ontario.
